Delivery costs are borne by the recipient and are based on the weight of the package. All deliveries are insured for the value of the goods.

We aim to dispatch goods on the day we receive the order.

UK DELIVERY

Goods are sent using Royal Mail registered post and may require a signature. Please allow 3-5 days for the goods to arrive. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch goods on the same day as the order is received.  The cost of postage varies according to the weight of the package. Goods are sent using Royal Mail and will require a signature. Please allow 3 – 7 days for all deliveries outside the UK.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may send it back  within 14 days of dispatch for an exchange or full refund. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.

The return process is simple:

2. Complete and enclose the returns form supplied with your delivery and send your package back to:
